Terms of service
The terms on which we provide hosting, cloud servers and our other services.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Who we are
The services are provided by DIADIKTIAKI SYMVOULEFTIKI SINGLE-MEMBER P.C., 196 Andrea Syngrou Ave., 176 71 Kallithea, Athens, Greece, VAT no. EL801513087, tax office KEFODE Attikis (“we”). Contact: info@diadiktiaki.gr.
By placing an order you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Services
These terms cover the services you buy on this site: hosting, virtual servers (VPS) and add-ons. Each plan includes what its page states at the time of your order. For website and online store development, IT support and consulting, the written quote or contract we agree with you applies, and these terms apply alongside it.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in euros and include 24% Greek VAT.
- You pay in advance for the whole period you choose (a month or a year), by card, bank transfer or IRIS.
- The service is activated once the payment is confirmed. We issue the legally required invoice or receipt for every payment.
- We may change prices for future periods. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
4. Term and renewal
Each service lasts for the period you paid for and does not renew automatically. We email you before it expires. If no renewal payment is made, the service is suspended on expiry and deleted, with its data, 30 days later. Within those 30 days you can renew it or ask for a copy of your files.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of your order without giving a reason, by emailing info@diadiktiaki.gr. If you asked for the service to start within those 14 days, we refund the amount for the time you did not use. Refunds are made to the payment method you used, within 14 days.
For professionals and businesses, and after the 14 days, there is no refund for a period that has already started.
6. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content you host and for how your accounts are used. You may not use the services for:
- illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others,
- sending spam, phishing or malware,
- attacks on or scans of other systems,
- resource use that affects other customers on the same server (for example crypto mining).
If any of this happens, we may suspend the service without notice when there is an immediate risk, and otherwise after notifying you. For a serious or repeated breach we may terminate it permanently, without a refund.
7. Availability and backups
We work to keep the servers running at all times and announce planned maintenance in advance. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Plans in the European datacenter include automatic daily backups. In every case, we recommend that you also keep your own copies of your files and data.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost customers, or for problems caused by third parties (e.g. networks, providers) or by force majeure. Our total liability for a service does not exceed what you paid for it in the last 12 months. These limits do not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and do not restrict your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Personal data
How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy. For the data of your website’s visitors, we act as a data processor, only on your instructions.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For significant changes we email you at least 30 days in advance. The new terms apply from your service’s next renewal.
11. Governing law and disputes
Greek law applies. For any problem, please write to us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are a consumer, you can also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr). The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to go to the courts where they live.
